this product should be banned,a health hazzard
of corse this machine picks up the surface dirt because it leaks dirty sewage air from the black seals,this allows harmful tiny dust particals to escape before they even reach the cylinder,try it for yourself,the dysons can be pulled apart with ease at these seals which appear all over the machine,slide your finger round the machine..its filthy..these particles are very very harmful,they end up in the air,so when you vac your actually pumping out dirty bacteria..try it for yourself..shake the cylinder,it rattles around like nobodys business,this dangerous machine causes asma

GREAT PIECE OF KIT!
Our old Dyson was getting a bit tired and I read the other reviews for this Dyson on Amazon and decided to buy it. It is everything the other reviewers have said. Every possible nook and cranny is catered for. Plus... it's great fun to use. My wife can't believe I'm doing the vacuuming as much as I do. This is an excellent buy!!

Brilliant - never going back to another brand!
This is the first time I have purchased a Dyson having avoided them for years, now I am definatley a Dyson convert after just a few months and will not go back to purchasing any other type of cleaner.

Even though your carpets look clean, it is unbelievable how much it actually picks up. - Easy to use on varying floor coverings and a doddle on the stairs (you can leave it at the bottom and the hose reaches all the way to the top). Oh and the filters are all washable - so no worrying about replacing bags or filters an extra bonus!.

My husband even likes using the cleaner (definately a break-through for all women! and even my two year old takes a keen interest in it)

This is the cheapest price I have found for this model - and I did look around, and first class service from Amazon as always
